We are thrilled to inform you that our balloon decoration delivery service covers the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Whether you're in downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, or any other neighborhood within the GTA, we've got you covered!In the event that your location falls outside of our standard delivery coverage, we kindly request that you fill out our personalized service form. Can I change the delivery address or date?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to assist you with any necessary adjustments to your address or delivery date.To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you make any changes to your address or delivery date at least 2 business days before your initial order date. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure timely delivery to the correct location. Can I pick up my order?
We are delighted to inform you that we offer a convenient pickup option for our customers. Once you have placed your order, you can simply select the "Pickup in studio" option during the checkout process. The best part is, this option does not incur any additional charges!Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with ample opportunities to collect your order at a time that suits you. Our studio is located at 3395 Cliff Rd North Mississauga, ON L5A 3M7 On weekends, after business hours and holidays our pick up service is not available but your balloons can be easily pre-schedule for delivery. Picking up your order from our studio allows you to have more control over the delivery process. Not to mention, it also gives you a chance to visit our creative space and see our balloon decorations up close!We look forward to serving you and providing you with a seamless pickup experience!
Do you sell uninflated balloons?
We specialize in providing a full-service experience, including the design, inflation, and installation of customized balloon arrangements for events. If my balloons deflate very quickly, what do I do?
At our studio, we work exclusively with balloons and supplies of the highest quality and latest technology. This ensures that your balloons will maintain their vibrant appearance for extended periods of time.With our expert balloon inflation techniques and premium materials, we can confidently assure you that your balloons will stay inflated and look fantastic for a minimum of 24 hours. You can have peace of mind knowing that we take great care in ensuring the longevity of our balloon arrangements.However, if you encounter any issues with deflation or have any concerns during your event, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to assist you and make any necessary adjustments to keep your balloons looking their best.
What do you use to weigh down your balloons with?
At MyBalloons, we are committed to the environment and take pride in using only 100% biodegradable latex balloons. We have chosen to utilize water balloons as weights. Water balloons offer a unique and visually appealing option while also effectively securing the balloons in position. They are also environmentally friendly and can be easily emptied and disposed of without causing harm. Alternatively, we offer reusable weights made from recycled materials as an option, which can be substituted from water balloons upon request.

What do you use to hang your balloon garlands?
We always prioritize the care and safety of the surfaces where our balloon installations are displayed.
To hang our balloon garlands, we use professional damage-free tools and techniques, including removable hooks and specialty materials that are gentle on walls and other surfaces. These methods allow us to securely install your balloons while leaving little to no residue or damage behind.
Our goal is to make your setup look stunning while giving you complete peace of mind throughout the process.
We also offer a convenient Teardown Service after your event. Our team will carefully remove all balloons and décor, making the cleanup completely stress-free for you.
From design and installation to teardown, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience with attention to every detail.
How far in advance should I place an order with installation?
We recommend booking your balloon installation as early as possible once you have your event date confirmed. Ideally, orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow enough time for planning, design consultation, and creating the best custom setup for your event.

What are your installation hours?

Quality & Care
How do I care for my balloons?
We want your balloons to look beautiful and stay in the best condition throughout your event. Here are a few simple tips to help you care for them properly:
Once your balloons are delivered, we recommend removing them carefully from the packaging and checking that everything looks perfect.
To help balloons last longer, keep them indoors at room temperature and away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold temperatures. Avoid placing them near open windows, fans, air vents, or heaters, as strong airflow can affect their appearance and cause them to move or deflate more quickly.
Our balloon arrangements are designed for decorative purposes only and should not be used as toys.
If your arrangement includes balloon weights or water weights, place them on a clean, flat surface and keep them away from sharp objects or rough edges that could puncture the balloons.
With proper care, your balloons will maintain their beautiful appearance and help make your celebration even more memorable
How long do helium balloons last?
The float time of helium balloons can vary depending on the balloon size, style, and arrangement. To help our clients plan accordingly, each product listing includes an estimated float time in the description.
For the best results, we recommend scheduling your balloon delivery on the same day as your event so everything looks fresh and perfect for your celebration.
We also use a special treatment inside our latex balloons to help them float longer than standard helium balloons, which means they may continue floating well beyond your event.
Please note that outdoor conditions can significantly affect balloon float time. Heat, cold temperatures, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight may cause balloons to deflate faster once they are taken outside.
To help maximize the life of your balloons, keep them indoors when possible and away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and rough surfaces.

What are your balloons made out of?
Our Latex balloons are made of 100% biodegradable materials. By using biodegradable materials for our balloons, we aim to minimize the impact on the environment. Natural latex is combined with pigments to create a beautifully colorful product that is 100% bio-based. These materials are designed to break down naturally over time, reducing waste and the potential harm to ecosystems.
In our commitment to sustainability, we reuse and recycle all products whenever possible. This includes reusing cardboard, foam board, packing bags, boxes and foil balloons whenever possible. Additionally, we properly sort and recycle the materials we use to reduce our environmental impact.
We encourage our customers to reuse their balloons whenever possible. A simple trick to release the helium from a foil balloon is to insert a straw into the valve. This allows you to enjoy your balloons and then deflate them for future use. When you're ready to reinflate the balloon, simply fill it with air or helium once again.
If reusing the balloons isn't your preference but you still want to ensure they don't end up in the landfill, you can always return them to us for recycling. We are more than happy to accept used balloons and handle the recycling process for you.

Can I reuse your foil balloons?
Absolutely! At Myballoons, we love encouraging sustainable practices whenever possible. Our foil balloons can often be reused multiple times with proper care.
To deflate a foil balloon, you can gently insert a straw into the balloon valve to slowly release the helium or air. Once deflated, the balloon can be stored flat and reused later by refilling it with air or helium.
If you prefer not to reuse your balloons, you’re also welcome to return them to us for recycling. We’re happy to help keep balloons out of landfills whenever possible and support more eco-friendly celebrations.
